Designed primarily for professional lash lift and tint treatments, the kit gives you the products needed to prepare, position, lift, set, tint, nourish and finish beautifully defined lashes with control and consistency.
The Flutter & Frame system is also suitable for professional brow lamination, giving you additional treatment versatility from the same 3-step system.
The airless pump format provides controlled dispensing while helping protect the product inside the bottle between treatments.
Each pump provides approximately 20–25 treatments, depending on product usage and the client's natural lashes.
Apraise Vegan Lash & Brow Tint – Black 20ml

For lashes, use only the amount required for the client.
As a general guide, up to approximately one pump per eye is usually sufficient, although some clients will require less depending on lash length and density.

The Flutter & Frame 3-Step System
Step 1 – Lift
Restructures the natural lashes, allowing them to be repositioned into the desired shape.
Step 2 – Set
Sets the lashes into their new position to create the finished lift.
Step 3 – Nourish
The final conditioning step contains amino acids and other conditioning ingredients to support the condition and appearance of the natural lashes.
Processing Guidelines
Very fine lashes: 3–4 minutes Fine lashes: 4–5 minutes Healthy lashes: 5–6 minutes Coarse lashes: 6–7 minutes
Always monitor the natural lashes throughout processing rather than relying on the timer alone.
Avoid applying Step 1 to the delicate lash tips.
Do not use film with the Flutter & Frame system.
Professional Lash Lift & Tint Treatment Guidance
Step 1 – Lift
Apply according to your professional training and process according to the condition and thickness of the natural lashes.
Remove thoroughly using a dry applicator.
Step 2 – Set
Apply Step 2 to reform and set the lashes into their new position.
Process accordingly and remove thoroughly.
Tint
Once Step 2 has been removed, tinting can be carried out where appropriate using the included Apraise Black Tint and 3% Cream Developer.
Always mix, apply and process the tint according to the Apraise manufacturer's instructions and your professional training.
Step 3 – Nourish
Finish the treatment with Step 3.
For best results, leave Step 3 on the lashes for a minimum of 24 hours.
Also Suitable for Brow Lamination
Although this kit has been built primarily around professional lash lift and tint treatments, the Flutter & Frame 3-step system is dual-purpose and can also be used for professional brow lamination treatments.
For brows, use only the amount of product required for the client's brow density and hair length. Avoid over-applying product.
Storage & Shelf Life
Store at approximately 15–20°C in a cool, dry environment.
Keep away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.
Keep containers securely closed between treatments and store away from lash adhesives and high humidity.
Use within 3 months of opening.
Lash Lift Balm Care – If Selected
Unopened: Up to 12 months when stored correctly Once opened: Use within 3 months
Correct storage is important from the moment you receive your Lash Lift Balm, including while the product remains unopened.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, excessive heat and high humidity. Avoid storing near radiators, heaters, windowsills or anywhere subject to significant temperature fluctuations.
Once opened, keep the lid securely closed after every use and avoid introducing excess air, oil or water into the product, as this may affect its consistency and performance.
Storage conditions can affect the consistency of the balm, including while it remains unopened. Incorrect or unsuitable storage may cause the product to become thicker, drier or change in texture over time.
Please note: Shelf-life guidance assumes the product has been stored correctly. Changes in consistency caused by storage or handling are not considered a manufacturing fault. This does not affect your statutory rights where a product is genuinely faulty.
Aftercare Guidance
Keep lashes dry for the first 24 hours following treatment.
Avoid applying additional products during this time.
Avoid steam, swimming and excessive heat for 48 hours.
Patch Testing
Patch testing is required 24–48 hours before treatment.
This applies to both the Flutter & Frame system and the included Apraise tinting products.
Follow the individual product instructions and any additional requirements set by your insurer.

Wear suitable gloves during application.
Avoid direct contact with the eyes and skin.
If product enters the eyes, rinse immediately and thoroughly.
Discontinue use if redness, irritation or itching occurs.
Step 2 contains Hydrogen Peroxide.
The included Apraise tint must be mixed and used according to the manufacturer's instructions.
