Every tray you send back is one less ending up in landfill. We believe in doing things better - and that means finding a new purpose for old stock wherever we can.

What is the Trade-In Programme?

Got lash trays gathering dust? We'll take them off your hands and give you a discount code to spend on fresh stock. No more gathering dust - just send them to us and restock with ease.

Who can take part?

This programme is open to lash artists and technicians only. By submitting a trade-in, you confirm you are a working lash professional.

What can I send back?

• Any brand of lash trays - classics, volumes, hybrids, promades, we take them all
• Any condition accepted - unused, partially used, or opened trays are all welcome
• Individual lash trays only - no loose or damaged lashes outside of trays
• A minimum of 5 trays must be submitted per trade-in request
• Discount values are fixed regardless of the original purchase price of returned trays

How does it work?

1. Pack your trays securely and include a note inside the parcel with your full name and email address
2. Send to:

4. Use a tracked postal service - Ladybug Lashes cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit
5. Once received and verified, we'll email you a discount code within 3 working days
6. Use your discount code at checkout on your next order (minimum spend applies to product value only, excluding postage)

Important conditions

• Parcels must be sent using a tracked postal service - Ladybug Lashes cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit
• Your discount code includes a £5 contribution toward your tracked postage costs
• Minimum spend applies to product value only and excludes postage costs
• Discount codes will only be applied to orders that meet the minimum spend threshold - codes cannot be used on orders below the minimum spend and will not be carried over or refunded if the minimum is not met
• Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with LoyaltyLion points redemptions or during Sale events (only Mix and Match)
• Discount codes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
• Discount codes expire 6 months from the date of issue
• We reserve the right to reject submissions that don't meet the criteria
• Limit of one trade-in submission per customer per month
• Ladybug Lashes reserves the right to withdraw or amend this programme at any time
