Daisy is a methoxyacrylate-based adhesive, which works a little differently to traditional ethyl 2-cyanoacrylate glues. With a slightly slower curing time (1–2 seconds), it can feel very different if you’re used to working with faster 0.5–1 second adhesives, particularly in terms of initial “grab.” In terms of retention, when lashes don’t bond fully at the point of application (often due to working speed or environmental conditions), this can lead to them shedding earlier than expected. That said, this is exactly why we offer sample sizes which you tried so artists can trial different formulations and find what best suits their speed, environment, and preference. Not every adhesive will be the right match for everyone, and that’s completely okay. We appreciate you giving Daisy a try
