What Are Promade Lash Fans?

Promade Lash Fans are Volume fans that have already been created before they reach the lash artist.

Rather than creating each fan from individual fine fibres during the treatment, you pick up the complete fan, dip the base into your lash adhesive and apply it to one suitable natural lash.

This removes the fan-making stage while still requiring professional isolation, adhesive control, placement and appropriate fan selection.

Promade Fans vs Handmade Volume

The main difference is when the fan is created.

With handmade Volume, the lash artist creates each fan from individual fine fibres during the treatment.

With Promade Fans, the fan has already been formed for you and is ready for application.

Promades can therefore reduce the time spent creating fans during a Volume treatment, but they don't replace good lash application technique.

Promade Lash Trays

Our black Promade Lash Trays are available in both mixed and single-length options, giving you flexibility when building your professional kit.

Mixed trays provide a selection of lengths for mapping within one tray, while single-length trays are useful for replenishing the lengths you use most frequently.

Different fan sizes and curls are available across the range, allowing you to choose the Promades that suit your preferred styling.

Loose Promade Fans

Prefer working from loose fans?

Our Loose Promade Fans are available in black, providing another way to work with ready-made Volume fans without removing them from strips.

Loose fans can be particularly useful for artists who prefer to organise and pick up their Promades from a palette or working surface rather than a lash tray.

Brown Promade Lash Fans

For softer Volume styling, we also offer brown Promade Fans in mixed-length trays.

Brown Promades can be used to create anything from subtle everyday Volume to fuller textured sets, depending on the fan size, mapping and density you choose.

They can also be incorporated alongside other brown lash styles when creating customised sets.

Choosing Your Promade Fan Size

Promades are available in different fan dimensions, giving you control over the density and finished appearance of the set.

Your choice should consider:

  • The client's natural lashes

  • Number of fibres within the fan

  • Fibre diameter

  • Length and curl

  • Desired density

  • Lash map and finished style

A higher-dimensional fan isn't automatically the better choice. The fan must always be suitable for the natural lash you're applying it to.

What Styles Can You Create with Promade Fans?

Depending on the fan, lengths and mapping you choose, Promades can be used for:

  • Soft Volume

  • Fuller Volume

  • Wispy sets

  • Textured styling

  • Hybrid-style sets

  • Soft brown Volume

  • Customised lash maps

You can also combine suitable fan dimensions and lengths to vary texture and density throughout a set.

Choosing Tweezers for Promade Fans

Promade Fans need controlled pickup so you can hold the fan securely without unnecessarily squeezing, twisting or disturbing its base.

Boot, angled, 45°, 60° and 90° tweezer shapes can all suit different artists and fan sizes.

Fibre Grip can provide additional contact with the fan, while your preferred shape will depend on your hand position, pickup technique and the Promades you're using.

There isn't one tweezer that every artist needs to use.

Professional Promade Fans for Different Ways of Working

Whether you prefer loose black Promade Fans, black Promade Lash Trays in mixed or single lengths, or brown mixed-length Promade Trays, the collection gives you different ways to incorporate ready-made fans into your Volume treatments.

Choose your format, fan size, curl and lengths according to the natural lashes you're working with and the finished result you want to create.
