Designed primarily for professional brow lamination, this kit gives you a practical complete setup using convenient sachets, making it ideal for professionals who prefer individually portioned products or perform fewer treatments.

This complete kit also includes Apraise Vegan Lash & Brow Tint in Dark Brown together with Apraise 3% Cream Developer, giving you everything needed to finish the treatment with beautifully defined brows.

The Flutter & Frame system is also suitable for professional lash lifts, giving you the flexibility to use the same 3-step system across both services.

Apraise Vegan Lash & Brow Tint – Dark Brown 20ml

A professional vegan lash and brow tint formulated with Hyaluronic Acid to help nourish the hair during the tinting process.

The Dark Brown shade provides rich, natural-looking colour and is suitable for a wide range of brow clients.

Each 20ml tube provides up to approximately 40 applications.

Apraise 3% Cream Developer 100ml

A stabilised cream developer designed specifically for use with Apraise lash and brow tints.

Its smooth, creamy consistency helps create an easy-to-mix formula for controlled professional application.

Always follow the Apraise manufacturer's instructions, mixing guidance and patch-testing requirements.

Flutter & Frame is designed for professional artists who want short, controlled processing times.

Very fine hair: 3–4 minutes
Fine hair: 4–5 minutes

Always assess the natural brow hairs throughout processing rather than relying solely on the timer.

For best performance, maintain a working temperature of approximately 22–24°C.

Traditional TGA-Based System

Flutter & Frame uses Ammonium Thioglycolate (TGA) in Step 1, providing fast and controlled reshaping for professional brow lamination treatments.

Conditioning Step 3

Step 3 contains amino acids, panthenol, sodium hyaluronate and other conditioning ingredients to support the condition and appearance of the natural brow hairs following processing.

Professional Brow Lamination & Tint Treatment Guidance

Step 1 – Lift

Apply according to your professional training and the condition and thickness of the natural brow hairs.

Process according to the recommended timing and remove thoroughly.

Step 2 – Set

Apply Step 2 to reform and stabilise the brow hairs into their new position.

Process according to the product instructions and remove thoroughly.

Tint

Once Step 2 has been removed, tinting can be carried out where appropriate using the included Apraise Dark Brown Tint and 3% Cream Developer.

Always mix, apply and process the tint according to the Apraise manufacturer's instructions and your professional training.

Step 3 – Nourish

Finish the treatment with Step 3.

For best results, leave Step 3 on the brows for a minimum of 24 hours.

No Film Required

Flutter & Frame should be processed without cling film.

This is one of the differences between Flutter & Frame and our Express Cysteamine system, where film can be used according to the treatment method.

Also Suitable for Lash Lifts

Although this kit has been built primarily around professional brow lamination and tint treatments, the Flutter & Frame 3-step system can also be used for professional lash lift treatments.

When using Flutter & Frame for lash lifting, avoid applying Step 1 to the delicate lash tips and always follow your professional training.

Storage & Shelf Life

Store unopened sachets at approximately 15–20°C in a cool, dry environment.

Keep away from direct sunlight, excessive heat and high humidity.

Once opened, keep the sachet securely sealed in a cool, airtight environment.

Use within 14 days for treatments when stored correctly.

Decant only the amount required for each treatment rather than working repeatedly from the open sachet.

Patch Testing

Patch testing is required 24–48 hours before treatment.

This applies to both the Flutter & Frame system and the included Apraise tinting products.

Follow the individual product instructions and any additional requirements set by your insurer.

Discontinue use if redness, irritation or itching occurs.
