1. pH Balancer – Prepare

Good retention starts with good preparation.

Our pH Balancer is used after cleansing to help remove light residue and oils while supporting a clean, balanced natural lash surface before adhesive application.

Unlike a strong, high-alcohol primer designed to aggressively strip the lashes, our pH Balancer provides a more considered approach to routine lash preparation.

Apply a small amount using a clean microbrush and allow the natural lashes to dry completely before beginning application.

2. Superbonder – Finish

Superbonder is used after completing your lash-extension set.

Applied sparingly to the adhesive bonding points, it supports the final curing process and helps maintain a more flexible cured adhesive bond.

Wait approximately 3 minutes after completing your set, apply a small amount to the adhesive bonds using a clean microbrush, then allow approximately 2–3 minutes to dry before the client opens their eyes.

Superbonder can support good retention when combined with correct preparation, attachment, adhesive choice and application technique.

It does not make lash adhesive hypoallergenic or suitable for clients with a known cyanoacrylate allergy.

3. Gel Remover – Remove

When it's time for professional lash-extension removal, our Gel Remover provides a controlled way to break down the adhesive bond.

Its thicker gel consistency allows for more targeted placement than a thin liquid remover, helping the lash artist keep the product where it is required during the removal process.

Apply according to the product instructions and ensure the remover does not come into contact with the eyes or surrounding skin.

Once the adhesive has broken down sufficiently, extensions can be gently removed without pulling or forcing the natural lashes.

I'd actually not put “use within 6 months” across the whole bundle unless all three genuinely have exactly the same PAO/opened shelf life. Better to let each product's instructions govern it than accidentally give incorrect storage advice for one of them.
