1. pH Balancer – Prepare

Good retention starts with good preparation.

Our pH Balancer is used after cleansing to help remove light residue and oils while supporting a clean, balanced natural lash surface before adhesive application.

Unlike a strong, high-alcohol primer designed to aggressively strip the lashes, our pH Balancer provides a more considered approach to routine lash preparation.

Apply a small amount using a clean microbrush and allow the natural lashes to dry completely before beginning application.

Ingredients:
Aqua, Alcohol Denat., Parfum, Biotin, Cinnamal, Eugenol, Limonene

2. Superbonder – Finish

Superbonder is used after completing your lash-extension set.

Applied sparingly to the adhesive bonding points, it supports the final curing process and helps maintain a more flexible cured adhesive bond.

Wait approximately 3 minutes after completing your set, apply a small amount to the adhesive bonds using a clean microbrush, then allow approximately 2–3 minutes to dry before the client opens their eyes.

Superbonder can support good retention when combined with correct preparation, attachment, adhesive choice and application technique.

It does not make lash adhesive hypoallergenic or suitable for clients with a known cyanoacrylate allergy.

3. Cream Remover – Remove

When it's time for professional lash-extension removal, our Cream Remover provides a controlled way to break down the adhesive bond.

Its thick cream consistency allows for precise, targeted placement and helps keep the remover where it is required during the removal process.

Once the adhesive has broken down sufficiently, extensions can be gently removed without pulling or forcing the natural lashes.

Always follow the individual product instructions and take care to prevent the remover from coming into contact with the eyes or surrounding skin.

Propylene Carbonate, Silica Dimethicone Silylate, Zinc Carbonate, Tributyl Citrate, Aqua, Phenoxyethanol, Ethylhexylglycerin

Cream Remover or Gel Remover?

Both are designed for professional removal of lash-extension adhesive. The main difference is consistency and working preference.

Our Cream Remover has a thicker consistency, making it particularly useful when you want controlled, targeted placement.

Our Gel Remover has a gel consistency and is another option for artists who prefer that texture during removal.

Neither is automatically “better” - choose the consistency you prefer working with.
