Delivery Information

We dispatch Ladybug Lashes orders Monday to Saturday, excluding bank holidays.

UK orders:
Order before 4:45pm Monday–Friday or 11:50am Saturday for same-day dispatch.

Estimated delivery: 2–3 working days from dispatch

Orders placed before 10:30am UK time Monday–Friday are processed the same working day. Orders placed after the cut-off are processed the next working day.

Duties and taxes are collected at checkout.

EU Delivery – Ireland & Netherlands Only

We currently ship within the European Union to Ireland and the Netherlands only.

EU orders are sent using DHL Express – Duties & Taxes Prepaid.

Orders placed before 10:30am Monday–Friday are processed the same working day. Orders placed after the cut-off, at weekends or on bank holidays are processed the next working day.

VAT and applicable import duties are collected or accounted for as part of the order and shipping process. No additional payment should normally be required from the recipient on delivery.

Current shipping rates are shown at checkout and vary according to order value.

Liquid and adhesive products, including lash adhesives, removers, primers and lash lift liquids, are shipped with appropriate tamper-evident packaging.

We do not currently ship to other EU member states.

Brand Collaborator Orders

Products supplied by a Brand Collaborator are fulfilled and shipped directly by that Collaborator.

Shipping charges, dispatch times and delivery policies may therefore differ from Ladybug Lashes orders. Any post-purchase delivery queries relating to these products will be handled by the relevant Collaborator.

International Customs & Refused Shipments

International orders may be subject to customs inspection or clearance delays outside our control.

Where duties or taxes are not stated as prepaid, the recipient is responsible for any charges applied by their local customs authority.

If a recipient refuses applicable customs charges and the parcel is returned to us:

  • the return is at the customer's responsibility and risk
  • a refund is issued only after the parcel has been returned and inspected
  • original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • return postage, handling or customs-related costs incurred may be deducted from the refund

Failure to pay customs charges is not considered cancellation of the order.

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, opened or with missing items, please retain all packaging.

Email info@ladybuglashes.co.uk with:

  • clear photographs of the damaged or missing item(s)
  • photographs of the external and internal packaging
  • a description of the damage

Courier claims may require this evidence before a replacement or refund can be considered.

Lost Parcels & Delivery Delays

Carrier delivery estimates are estimates unless the service specifically guarantees a delivery date.

For Royal Mail shipments, a parcel can only be treated as lost once Royal Mail's applicable loss period has passed.

Please contact us if you believe your parcel has been lost or significantly delayed.

Incorrect Delivery Addresses

Shipping labels are created using the address entered at checkout. Please check your details carefully before completing your order.

Once a parcel has been dispatched, we cannot amend the address or recall it.

If a parcel is returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied, we can offer:

  • a refund of the returned goods, less shipping costs
  • a credit note, less shipping costs
  • reshipment following payment of the new postage charge

We do not provide free reshipping where the original delivery address was entered incorrectly.

Postal & Courier Disruption

Ladybug Lashes is not responsible for delays caused by postal strikes, courier disruption, customs processing, adverse weather or other events outside our reasonable control.

Delivery Exceptions

Certain Royal Mail services are unavailable or have extended delivery times for some UK postcodes, including parts of the Highlands, Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and other remote areas.
