Ladybug Artist Spotlight Competition – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is Ladybug Lashes, Swaffham, Norfolk, PE37 7XD, United Kingdom.

2. Competition period

The Ladybug Artist Spotlight competition opens on Monday 5 October 2026 and closes at 11:59pm UK time on Sunday 25 October 2026.

Entries received after the closing time will not be considered.

3. Who can enter

The competition is open internationally to lash artists who genuinely use Ladybug Lashes products, where participation is permitted by local law.

Anyone directly involved in judging the competition may not enter.

No new purchase is necessary to enter, but entrants must have genuine experience of using at least one Ladybug Lashes product.

4. How to enter

To enter, create a short vertical video of approximately 20–60 seconds telling us which Ladybug Lashes product or products you genuinely use and why you choose them.

Entries can be submitted by either:

• Posting the video on your own social media account and tagging Ladybug Lashes; or
• Sending the video directly to Ladybug Lashes by social media DM.

If your social media account is private, please send the video directly to us by DM so that we can view your entry.

There is one entry per person.

5. What we’re looking for

Entries will be judged on:

• Authenticity and genuine product experience.
• How clearly and usefully the artist explains their experience.
• How well the video answers the question: “Why do you choose Ladybug Lashes?”

Follower numbers, likes, views and professional video quality will not form part of the judging criteria.

Videos must be the entrant’s own work and should not include third-party material, music, imagery or other content unless the entrant has the necessary permission for Ladybug Lashes to repost it.

6. Judging

Eligible entries will be judged using the criteria above by Ladybug Lashes together with an independent judge.

One winner and two runners-up will be selected.

Follower numbers, likes and views will not influence the decision.

The judges’ decision will be final.

The full name of the independent judge will be available on request.

7. Prizes

The winner will receive £100 Ladybug Lashes store credit.

Two runners-up will each receive £25 Ladybug Lashes store credit.

Store credit can be redeemed at ladybuglashes.co.uk and has no cash alternative.

Prizes are non-transferable.

8. Winner notification

The winner and runners-up will be contacted by Ladybug Lashes by DM or using the contact method associated with their entry by Friday 30 October 2026.

Winners should respond within seven days of being contacted.

If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within that period, Ladybug Lashes may award the prize to the next highest-scoring eligible entry.

9. Using submitted videos

By entering, entrants give Ladybug Lashes permission to repost their submitted video, with appropriate credit where possible, on Ladybug Lashes’ own social media channels, website and email marketing.

Copyright remains with the original creator.

Entry into this competition does not automatically give Ladybug Lashes permission to use a video in paid advertising. Separate permission will be requested if we would like to use an entry for paid promotional activity.

10. Winner information

Ladybug Lashes may publish or make available information confirming that valid prizes have been awarded, which may include a winner’s surname, country and/or winning entry.

A winner may ask Ladybug Lashes not to publish some or all of their personal information.

Ladybug Lashes may still be required to provide information about the competition and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority or another relevant regulatory body if requested.

11. Fair participation

Ladybug Lashes may disqualify entries that do not meet these terms, contain false or misleading information, infringe another person’s rights, or contain inappropriate or offensive material.

Ladybug Lashes will administer the competition fairly and will not change the closing date or material terms except where circumstances genuinely outside its control make this unavoidable.

12. Personal information

Personal information supplied in connection with the competition will be used to administer the competition, contact entrants and award prizes, and will otherwise be handled in accordance with the Ladybug Lashes Privacy Policy.

13. Social media platforms

This competition is run by Ladybug Lashes and is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or their respective parent companies.

By entering the competition, entrants confirm that they agree to these Terms & Conditions.
