Loyalty Points & Mix and Match Discounts: How They Work Together
We know our lash artists love getting the best possible value when shopping with us, whether that’s through our Mix and Match offers or by redeeming loyalty points at checkout.
To keep things simple and fair, our website will automatically work out which discount gives you the best saving.
If you are using a Mix and Match offer and that offer gives you a stronger discount than your loyalty points would, the system will apply the Mix and Match saving and your loyalty points will remain available for a future order.
However, if you choose to redeem your loyalty points and your points give you a better discount than the Mix and Match offer, the system will remove the Mix and Match discount and apply your loyalty reward instead.
This means you will always receive the better saving available to you, but please note that only one discount can be applied per order. Loyalty point discounts and Mix and Match discounts cannot be combined on the same order.
New Higher-Value Loyalty Rewards
We have also introduced two new larger rewards to our loyalty scheme, designed especially for lash artists placing higher-value orders.
As well as using your points for money off your order, you can now exchange:
2,500 points for 25% off
3,000 points for 30% off
These higher-value rewards can be even more beneficial than our Mix and Match discounts, particularly if you are placing a larger order and want to maximise your saving.
So, whether you are stocking up on your favourite lashes, adhesives, tweezers, or essentials, your account will help you make the most of the best discount available at checkout.
Our goal is to make sure our lash artists are rewarded in the fairest and most valuable way possible, while keeping the process simple and automatic.

How to Wash Your Lashes (Yes, You Should Be Doing It!)
Washing your lash extensions properly is essential for eye health and for keeping your extensions looking fluffy and lasting longer. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to wash them safely: 🧼 Step-by-Step: How to Wash Your Lash Extensions 1. Wash your hands Start with clean hands to avoid transferring dirt or oils. 2. Dispense lash cleanser Apply a pump of lash cleanser onto your cleansing brush or directly onto closed eyelids. 3. Gently cleanse your lashes Using the brush, gently work the cleanser into your lashes using downward strokes (don’t rub side-to-side!). Focus on the lash line where oil and debris collect. 4. Rinse with clean water Splash or gently rinse your eyes with clean, lukewarm water. Make sure all cleanser is removed. 5. Pat dry Use a clean towel or tissue to gently dab (not rub!) the area dry. 6. Brush your lashes Once your lashes are dry (using a fan) use a clean spoolie to brush them back into place. Brush from the middle to the tips, never at the base.
