Featured Shops Orders Policy
What are Featured Shop Orders?
Featured shop orders allow multiple customers to combine their purchases into a single order, often to benefit from bulk pricing, shared shipping costs, or group discounts.
How Featured Shop Orders Work
- A group organiser initiates the featured shop order
- Individual participants join the order within the specified timeframe
- Orders are processed once the minimum quantity or value is reached
- All participants receive confirmation of their individual items
Payment Terms
- Each participant pays for their individual items
- Payment is collected when joining the featured shop order
- Refunds are processed individually if the featured shop order is cancelled
Shipping and Delivery
- Items may be shipped to individual addresses or to the group organiser for distribution
- Shipping costs are shared among participants or included in the featured shop pricing
- Delivery timeframes may be extended due to the featured shop nature of the order
Cancellation and Returns
- Individual participants may cancel their portion before the order is finalised
- Once processed, standard return policies apply to individual items
- Group organisers cannot cancel individual participant orders without consent
Privacy and Data
- Participant information is shared only with the group organizer and necessary for order fulfillment
- Individual purchase details remain confidential
- Contact information may be shared for delivery coordination purposes
