What Are Brand Partner Orders?

Ladybug Lashes works with selected professional brand partners, including Eyelash Excellence and The London Brow Company, whose products may be available through our website alongside our own range.

Where stated on the relevant product or collection page, brand partner products may be supplied and dispatched directly by the partner rather than from the Ladybug Lashes premises.

How Brand Partner Orders Work

• You place your order through the Ladybug Lashes website

• Eligible brand partner items are passed to the relevant partner for fulfilment

• The brand partner prepares and dispatches those items directly to you

• Ladybug Lashes remains your point of contact for the order unless otherwise stated

Shipping and Delivery

Brand partner products may be dispatched separately from Ladybug Lashes products within the same order.

This means:
