Orders & Shipping

When will my order be dispatched?

For Royal Mail orders, we dispatch Monday to Friday up until 4:45pm BST and Saturdays until 11:50am.

For DHL Express international orders, including EU orders to Ireland and the Netherlands, orders placed before 10:30am Monday–Friday are processed the same working day. Orders placed after 10:30am, at weekends or on bank holidays are processed the next working day.

Do you ship internationally, including to the USA?

Yes. We ship Ladybug Lashes orders internationally, including to the USA.

We currently ship within the EU to Ireland and the Netherlands, with DHL Express EU delivery estimated at 1–3 working days from dispatch and duties and taxes prepaid.

Available delivery services, shipping costs and estimated delivery times can vary by destination, so please check our Shipping Policy for current information.

Please note that we are card payment only and do not accept cash.

Can I collect my order?

Yes. Collection is available from our Swaffham premises during opening hours.

Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before travelling to collect it.

Which lash adhesive should I choose?

There isn't one lash adhesive that's right for every artist.

Your application speed, temperature, humidity, technique and working environment can all influence which adhesive is most suitable.

Which lash tweezers should I choose?

Tweezer choice depends on your hand position, grip, technique and the lashes you're working with.

Different shapes and tip styles suit different artists, so there isn't one pair that's automatically best for everyone.

Can I try products before buying a full size?

Yes. We offer a range of paid professional product samples that allow you to try selected products in smaller sizes or quantities before purchasing the full-size option.

Are your samples free?

No. Our samples are smaller paid product options rather than free promotional samples.

They are designed to give professional artists a lower-cost way to try selected products before committing to a full-size purchase.

Why aren't additional discounts available on samples?

Our samples are already priced specifically to provide a smaller, lower-cost way to try selected products.

Because of the cost involved in producing and packaging smaller quantities, additional promotional discounts may not apply to samples.

Who dispatches brand partner products?

Selected brand partner products advertised through Ladybug Lashes are supplied and dispatched directly by the relevant brand partner, rather than being stocked and dispatched by Ladybug Lashes.
