Thank you so much for your lovely feedback, we’re so pleased you love how soft the lashes are. If you’re finding them tricky to lift, it’s usually down to removal technique, as taking them off incorrectly can cause them to break. We do have some quick videos that show how to remove them cleanly and easily, which should really help on the website.
