Delivery Info

We dispatch our own products Monday to Saturday (excluding bank holidays).

Order before 4.45 PM (Mon–Fri) or 11:50 AM Saturday for same-day dispatch.

UK Delivery

Tracked 24 (1–2 working days): £4.75 (free when you spend £75 or more)

Tracked 48 (2–3 working days): £4.00 (free when you spend £50 or more)

Next Working Day before 1pm (signed for): £10.00 

International Shipping Policy

We offer international shipping using a fully tracked service. Shipping costs are tiered based on order value to provide better value on larger orders.

International orders are dispatched using a tracked delivery service. Estimated delivery time is 5–7 working days. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination country, customs processing, weather conditions, and peak periods.

International shipping prices decrease as your order value increases. Shipping rates are applied automatically at checkout based on your order total.

  • Orders under £50 — £9.99 tracked shipping

  • Orders £50 – £99.99 — £6.99 tracked shipping

  • Orders £150+Free tracked shipping

International orders are shipped without duties and import taxes included, unless stated otherwise. Customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on the destination country and are determined by local customs authorities. Any applicable charges are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid in order to receive the parcel. We have no control over these charges and are unable to estimate their amount.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email to monitor your delivery. Tracking updates may take time to appear once the parcel enters the destination country.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses, failed delivery attempts, or parcels returned due to unpaid customs charges. If a parcel is returned to us, reshipping costs may apply.

If you are unsure whether customs charges may apply to your order, we recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order. If you have any questions about international shipping, our customer service team is happy to help.

USA Shipping Policy

We proudly ship to the United States with fully tracked delivery and all duties & taxes included, so there are no surprise charges on delivery.

What you pay at checkout is the final price.

USA Tracked Shipping (Duties & Taxes Included)

All USA orders are shipped using a fully tracked international service.
Estimated delivery time is 5–7 working days, though this may vary during peak periods, customs processing, or weather-related delays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs to the USA are tiered based on order value to offer better value on larger orders:

Orders $0 – $74.99: $9.99 shipping

Orders $75 – $149.99: $4.99 shipping

Orders $150+: Free shipping

Please note that our Brand Collaborators have their own individual shipping prices and policies. Once an order is placed with us, it will be fulfilled and shipped directly by the Collaborator.

This means:

  • Shipping costs may vary depending on the Collaborator.

  • Delivery times and policies are set by the Collaborator handling your order.

  • Any queries regarding shipping or delivery after purchase will be managed by the Collaborator.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Customs Charges (International Shipments Only)

If you are ordering products for international delivery, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees upon arrival in your destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer, and Ladybug Lashes has no control over these fees. Each country sets its own customs policies, so we strongly recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

Occasionally, shipments may be held at customs for inspection, which may cause delays. These are outside of our control.

Refused Shipments

If customs charges are refused and the parcel is returned to us:

  • The parcel is returned at the customer’s responsibility and risk
  • A refund will only be processed once the goods have been received back and inspected

Refunds on Returned International Orders

Refunds will be issued as follows:

  • ✔ Refund includes the cost of goods (including VAT where applicable)
  • ❌ Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • ❌ Any return shipping fees, handling charges, or customs-related costs incurred will be deducted from the refund

Important

Failure to pay customs charges is not considered a cancellation of order, and all associated costs of return will be the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Packages

If your parcel arrives damaged or opened, and items are missing or broken:

  • Do not discard the packaging.

  • Our couriers require photographic evidence of the external packaging and damaged goods for us to make a claim.

Please email info@ladybuglashes.co.uk with:

  • Clear photos of the damaged item(s)

  • Photos of the original packaging

  • A description of the damage

Without this evidence, we cannot process replacements or refunds.

Lost Packages & Delays (Royal Mail)

Please note that Royal Mail Tracked is not a guaranteed delivery service, and it is not uncommon for deliveries to exceed the estimated delivery window. 

Royal Mail considers a package lost only after 13 working days past the expected delivery date.
If you believe your parcel may be lost, please contact us at info@ladybuglashes.co.uk on or after the 13th working day.

Incorrect Address Entry

Ladybug Lashes is not responsible for address errors submitted during checkout. Shipping labels are printed exactly as entered by the customer. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before submitting your order.

What if I realise my address is incorrect after dispatch?

Once an order is shipped, we cannot amend addresses or recall packages.

  • Some couriers may allow address changes via tracking email – please follow the courier’s guidance.

  • If undelivered, the parcel may be returned to our warehouse. This can take several weeks depending on your location.

Once received back at our warehouse, we will contact you and offer the following options:

  • A refund minus shipping costs

  • A credit note minus shipping costs

  • Reshipment, for which we will issue a new invoice for postage costs

We do not offer free reshipment of returned orders due to incorrect addresses.

Postal Strike Action

Ladybug Lashes is not liable for delivery delays caused by postal or courier strike action.
In such cases, parcels may be held up temporarily but will continue through the network once service resumes.

Please note that some delivery services are not available to certain postcodes/locations.

Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm® and Delivery Guaranteed Returns® by 1pm are not available to:

Important Notice
It is your responsibility to check whether your postcode is affected by these delivery restrictions. We cannot manually check each order, and if there are any delays caused by these postcode exceptions, we cannot be held responsible.
