How to Use pH Balancer
- Cleanse the natural lashes thoroughly with a professional lash shampoo.

More product is not better. You only need enough to lightly prepare the lash surface.
Is pH Balancer the Same as Retention Booster?
No. They have different jobs.
pH Balancer is used during preparation to help clean and balance the natural lash surface.
Low Humidity Retention Booster is used when lower humidity is causing your adhesive to cure too slowly. It can also be used during handmade Volume fan-making.
If your adhesive is already curing at the correct speed, you don't automatically need to use a Retention Booster.
Will pH Balancer Improve Lash Retention?
Good preparation can support retention, but retention isn't determined by one product.
It is also affected by:

- Temperature and humidity

Apple Scent or Unscented?

Apple Scent provides the fragranced version of our pH Balancer.
Unscented is available for artists who prefer to work without added fragrance.
Small thing I'd check here: your ingredient list currently says Parfum for the product generally but then says Linalool isn't present in the unscented version. If the unscented formulation genuinely contains no fragrance, I'd ideally list the two INCI ingredient lists separately rather than one combined list. That would be clearer and more transparent.
