Our YY Lash Mixed Trays are designed for lash artists who want to create soft, textured and fuller-looking sets without handmade fan creation.
Each YY extension is formed from four fine fibres in a distinctive double-Y shape, creating a soft 4D effect while retaining a single structured base for straightforward application.
The mixed tray contains 8mm–15mm lengths, giving you a versatile selection for complete lash sets and creative mapping.
What Are YY Lash Extensions?
YY lashes are pre-formed extensions made from four fine fibres arranged into a double-Y structure.
The fibres separate through the length of the extension to create a soft, feathered effect while the single base allows the YY to be applied individually to one suitable natural lash.

How to Apply YY Lash Extensions
YY lashes are picked up and placed individually, making the application process familiar to artists comfortable with classic-style placement.
Take care to pick up the YY evenly from the strip so the base and double-Y structure remain intact.
Apply one YY extension to one suitable isolated natural lash.
Choosing Between 0.05 and 0.07 YY Lashes
Our YY lashes are available in 0.05 and 0.07, giving you different options depending on the natural lashes and the finished effect you want to create.
Remember that each YY contains multiple fibres, so the combined weight of the extension should always be considered.
Choose the diameter and length according to the health, strength and condition of the client's natural lashes.

Tweezer Recommendations
YY lashes have a wider, structured base, so even pickup is important to help maintain their shape during application.

If you’re finding them tricky to lift, it’s usually down to removal technique, as taking them off incorrectly can cause them to break. We do have some quick videos that show how to remove them cleanly and easily, which should really help on the website.
