Step 1 – Lift Balm
The Lift Balm is the cysteamine-based lifting stage of the treatment.
It is used to soften and restructure the natural lashes so they can be repositioned during the lift.
Step 2 – Fixx Balm
The Fixx Balm is used after Step 1 to set the lashes into their new position.
Follow the London LashFixx treatment instructions carefully for application, processing and removal.
LashFixx Glue Powder
The included LashFixx Glue Powder can be incorporated into the treatment method where required to alter the consistency of the lifting product and support controlled lash placement.
Use only according to the London LashFixx training or manufacturer instructions.

Rather than describing cysteamine as automatically “gentler” or “less damaging”, it is better to consider it a different professional lifting chemistry that should still be used with careful assessment, correct timings and appropriate technique.
Expected Results
When used correctly on suitable natural lashes, lash lift results may remain visible for approximately 6–8 weeks, depending on the client’s natural lash growth cycle, hair condition and aftercare.
