Processing Guidelines

Fine brows/lashes: 4–5 minutes
Normal brows/lashes: 5–6 minutes
Thick/coarse brows/lashes: 6–7 minutes

Finish with Step 3 keratin serum and advise clients to leave it on for 24 hours to lock in hydration and shine

Storage Guidelines

Store at 15–20°C in a cool, dry place
Keep away from direct sunlight, heat, and hot cars
Seal immediately after use
Decant into a dish and never work from the main container
Store away from lash glues and keep airtight with silica gel if humidity is high

Once opened, sachets should be used within 14 days for treatments.

Important Balm Information

If you select the Lash Lift Balm option, please follow the storage guidance carefully to maintain performance.

Opened balm: use within 3 months
Unopened balm: shelf life of 12 months

Open carefully and keep upright to avoid spillages
Always keep the lid tightly closed after use
Store in a cool area away from direct sunlight, ideally in an airtight container
Avoid allowing air, oil, or water into the jar, as this can affect consistency and performance
