The struggle with lash layers is a popular subject on lash forums, with many lash artists experiencing difficulties when identifying and correctly isolating the different lash layers, usually opting for tape, or pads to assist.

In this mini lash masterclass, I will show you how there is no need to use tape, thus saving time as well as increasing your own lash skills to understand how easy isolating each layer can be.

I specialise solely in eyelash extensions and have spent my career striving to be the best I can. I have travelled the world to train with the top lash artists, and now share all I have learned as well as all my own techniques with other passionate lash artists.

I have also travelled the globe myself to train students, guest speak at the world's biggest lash events as well as Judge at the top lash competitions.

Gorgeous soft lashes but I found them hard to lift off without breaking

Thank you so much for your lovely feedback, we’re so pleased you love how soft the lashes are. If you’re finding them tricky to lift, it’s usually down to removal technique, as taking them off incorrectly can cause them to break. We do have some quick videos that show how to remove them cleanly and easily, which should really help on the website. That said, if it still doesn’t feel right or you think it could be a faulty tray (which can occasionally happen), please pop us an email (info@ladybuglashes.co.uk) with a little video and we’ll happily take a look for you and get it sorted.

Love the clover lashes, 4d are great for clients with finer lashes but can't take the weight of the heavier fan lashes

Sorry but this is awful glue , tried for a sensitive client ! Lashes would not grab/hold and subsequently fell out a few days later ! Would not recommend.

Thank you for your feedback we’re sorry to hear Daisy wasn’t the right fit for you. Daisy is a methoxyacrylate-based adhesive, which works a little differently to traditional ethyl 2-cyanoacrylate glues. With a slightly slower curing time (1–2 seconds), it can feel very different if you’re used to working with faster 0.5–1 second adhesives, particularly in terms of initial “grab.” In terms of retention, when lashes don’t bond fully at the point of application (often due to working speed or environmental conditions), this can lead to them shedding earlier than expected. That said, this is exactly why we offer sample sizes which you tried so artists can trial different formulations and find what best suits their speed, environment, and preference. Not every adhesive will be the right match for everyone, and that’s completely okay. We appreciate you giving Daisy a try

Only lasts 30 days after opening. After that, retention is a nightmare.

With our glues, we would usually expect around 3 months or more once opened when they’re stored and handled correctly. Things like keeping them in a cool, dry place, sealing the nozzle properly, and minimising air exposure can all impact performance and longevity.
