Beginner Lash Lift Training

No previous lash lift qualification or experience is required.

Your training teaches the foundations of professional lash lifting, including product placement, processing, shield selection, lash positioning, safety and treatment control.

You'll learn how to assess individual natural lashes and adapt your treatment appropriately rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach.

TGA or Express Cysteamine?

Both systems can be used during your professional Lash Lift training.

Our TGA system uses traditional lash lift chemistry and is available in either sachets or 8ml airless pumps.

Our Express Cysteamine system uses Cysteamine HCl as its primary reducing agent in Step 1 and offers faster processing times. It is also available in either sachets or 8ml airless pumps.

Your training teaches you to assess the natural lashes and follow the appropriate processing times and product guidance for the system you're using.

Sachets or Airless Pumps?

The treatment system is only one part of your choice - you can also select the product format that best suits the way you expect to work.

Sachets can be a practical starting point for students and newly qualified artists who expect to perform treatments less frequently.

Airless pumps provide a larger multi-use format with controlled dispensing and may be more suitable if you expect to perform lash lifts regularly.

Flexible Online Lash Lift Training

Study at your own pace with 12 months access to your online course materials.

Work through the theory and practical demonstrations before practising your technique and progressing to your case studies.

Tutor support is available throughout your training to help you develop your technique and work towards the required assessment standard.

Practical Lash Lift Assessment Requirements

To successfully complete your Lash Lift training, you must submit 3 practical case studies for assessment.

For each case study, you will need to provide:

• A clear before photograph

• A clear after photograph

Your images should show the natural lashes clearly so your assessor can review the finished lift and overall result.

If further evidence is needed, your assessor will let you know.

Your certificate will only be issued once all 3 case studies have been successfully passed.

ABT-Accredited Lash Lift Training

Once you have successfully completed the course and passed all assessment requirements, you will receive an ABT-accredited digital certificate.

Your certificate provides evidence that you have successfully completed the accredited training and can support you when applying for appropriate professional treatment insurance, subject to the individual requirements of your chosen insurer.

Patch Testing

A patch test must be carried out at least 48 hours before treatment, in line with the products used during your training and insurance requirements.

Patch testing must be completed before practical treatments and case studies.

3. Practise Your Technique
Use appropriate professional products to practise and develop your lash lift technique.

4. Complete 3 Case Studies
Submit a clear before and after photograph for each treatment.

5. Pass & Receive Your Certificate
Once all course and assessment requirements have been successfully completed, your ABT-accredited digital certificate will be issued within 10 working days.
