We have collaborated with our suppliers with the aim to get as many Eco friendly, Cruelty free products as we possibly can.
From the individual lash extensions to the tape we use to pack the boxes, we have really thought about the environment, and what we can do to ensure we are impacting it as little as possible.

UK MANUFACTERED GLUES
Lash glues are the most important product to a lash artist, you need a glue that matches your working conditions and your lash speed. First and foremost you need a hygrometer which measures the room humidity and temperature. When choosing a glue bare in mind the figures given are a guide, they are a "works best in", the glue will not suddenly stop working if the humidity reaches 71% or the temperature above 25 degrees, they just behave differently, the rule of thumb is the higher these figures the quicker the glue dries and the lower the slower, so bare this in mind when choosing a glue and as the seasons change throughout the year. You may find yourself needing a higher drying glue during the winter months and a slower one during the summer ones.

So our glue ranges from Sweetheart which is ideal for beginners with a drying speed of 3-4 seconds to the super duper quick at 0.3 drying speed Damselfly. We offer 2 sizes of all glues so you can try a smaller one before committing to a 5g.

There is something for everyone. We have included our glue chart to make it easier to make your choice.

Remember to store your glue in an air tight glue storage pot, upright, out of direct sunlight. Not with primer or bonder, ensure you are properly burping and wiping after each use (see video on our FB if unsure if doing correctly). Its advisable to keep spare nozzles and a nozzle remover in case your nozzle blocks, see in accessories.

Postage costs. We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days. The warehouse is open Monday to Friday, any orders placed after 2.15pm on a Friday or weekend will be processed next working day. International and EU orders will be subject to local taxes or import duty which are your responsibility, we take no responsibility for these. We try to keep it as simple as we can, our postage costs as follows:

Items can be returned within 14 days as long as they are unused and unopened. This excludes any liquids these cannot be returned. The cost of return is covered by the sender. If in the event the product is faulty please contact customer services. info@ladybuglashes.co.uk
If your order has a pre order item on it the order will be dispatched all together, so please be mindful of this when purchasing pre order items and that you are happy to wait until the date specified.
