About Flutter & Frame

Flutter & Frame is our professional UK-made 3-step TGA lash lift and brow lamination system. It combines established TGA reducing chemistry with conditioning ingredients across the system and is designed for controlled professional processing.

Processing guide:
Very Fine: 3–4 minutes
Fine: 4–5 minutes
Normal / Healthy: 5–6 minutes
Coarse: 6–7 minutes

Do not use cling film with Flutter & Frame. For lash lifts, do not apply Step 1 to the delicate lash tips. Patch testing is required 24–48 hours before treatment.
