Ladybug Lashes Affiliate Agreement

Effective date: 25 August 2026

By applying to and participating in the Ladybug Lashes Affiliate Programme, you agree to the following terms.

1. Eligibility

Applicants must:

• Be aged 18 or over.

• Be a professional lash artist, educator or relevant beauty content creator.

• Have previously purchased and used Ladybug Lashes products.

• Provide accurate application and payment information.

• Provide a genuine professional, business or social-media profile for review.

All applications are reviewed manually. Ladybug Lashes may approve or decline an application at its discretion.

Approval is not guaranteed, even if the eligibility requirements are met.

2. The Affiliate Programme

Approved affiliates will receive a unique affiliate code and/or referral link.

The standard lash-artist commission rate is 10% unless a different rate is shown in the affiliate’s account or has been agreed separately in writing.

New customers using an eligible affiliate code receive 15% off their first qualifying order.

The customer discount:

• Is available on their first order only.

• Cannot be combined with Mix & Match or another discount.

• Does not apply to samples, sale products, already-discounted bundles or other excluded products.

• May be paused during Ladybug Lashes sales or promotional events.

Ladybug Lashes may change eligible products, discount rates or commission rates. Affiliates will be informed of significant changes where appropriate.

3. Qualifying Commission

Commission is earned only on valid qualifying orders correctly attributed to the affiliate’s code or referral link.

Commission is not earned on:

• Delivery charges.

• Cancelled, refunded, returned or fraudulent orders.

• Self-referred orders.

• Orders placed using the affiliate’s code for their own purchases.

• Orders that breach these terms.

• Products or promotions excluded from the programme.

If an order is refunded after commission has been recorded, the related commission may be cancelled or deducted from a future payment.

The affiliate platform’s order and commission records will be used when calculating payments.

4. Payments

Approved commission is paid monthly to the bank account supplied by the affiliate.

Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their payment information is complete and correct. Ladybug Lashes is not responsible for delays caused by missing or inaccurate payment details.

Affiliates are responsible for declaring their commission income and meeting any tax or reporting obligations that apply to them.

5. Self-Referrals

Affiliate codes and links are provided for referring genuine new customers. They are not personal discount codes.

Affiliates must not:

• Use their own code or link for personal purchases.

• Create another account to use their own code.

• Ask another person to place an order on their behalf to generate commission.

• Make a purchase for themselves through another affiliate account they control.

Self-referred orders will not earn commission and may result in suspension or removal from the programme.

6. Honest Recommendations

Affiliates must only recommend products they genuinely know, use and trust.

All information shared about Ladybug Lashes products must be honest, accurate and consistent with the product information, instructions and professional guidance supplied by Ladybug Lashes.

Affiliates must not make:

• False or misleading claims.

• Guaranteed performance or retention claims.

• Medical or allergy-prevention claims.

• Claims that an adhesive is hypoallergenic or allergy-safe.

• Claims that contradict Ladybug Lashes product instructions or safety information.

7. Advertising Disclosure

Affiliate content must be clearly identifiable as advertising whenever an affiliate code or link is shared or the affiliate may earn commission.

Posts, stories, videos and other promotional content must include a clear disclosure such as Ad or #ad where it can be seen before someone engages with the content.

Affiliates are responsible for following the advertising and disclosure rules that apply in their country and on the platform they use.

8. Responsible Promotion

Affiliates must not:

• Spam groups, pages, comments or private messages.

• Repeatedly post codes in Ladybug Lashes support groups or related spaces.

• Publish codes on voucher, coupon or discount-code websites without written permission.

• Use misleading headlines, false urgency or dishonest claims.

• Pretend to be employed by or officially represent Ladybug Lashes.

• Bid on Ladybug Lashes brand names, trademarks or misspellings through paid search advertising.

• Register domain names, social-media accounts or business names containing Ladybug Lashes branding.

• Send unsolicited marketing messages.

Affiliate promotion should be relevant, helpful and professional.

9. Brand Content and Intellectual Property

The Ladybug Lashes name, logos, product images and other brand materials remain the property of Ladybug Lashes.

Affiliates may use approved brand materials solely to promote the affiliate programme.

Brand materials must not be altered in a misleading way or used to suggest ownership, employment, endorsement or a partnership beyond participation in the affiliate programme.

10. Independent Relationship

Participation in the programme does not make an affiliate an employee, agent, business partner, franchisee or legal representative of Ladybug Lashes.

Affiliates cannot make promises, enter agreements, accept liability or act on behalf of Ladybug Lashes.

11. Suspension or Removal

Ladybug Lashes may suspend or remove an affiliate for:

• Breaching this agreement.

• Self-referral or suspected fraud.

• Misleading or unsafe product claims.

• Spam or inappropriate promotion.

• Misuse of discount codes, links or brand materials.

• Conduct that may damage Ladybug Lashes or its customers.

• Prolonged inactivity.

• Any other serious misuse of the programme.

Commission linked to fraudulent, self-referred or non-qualifying orders may be cancelled.

Valid approved commission earned before removal will be handled in accordance with these terms.

12. Changes to the Programme

Ladybug Lashes may update, pause or close the affiliate programme and may amend these terms when reasonably necessary.

The current version of this agreement will be published on this page. Continued participation after an update means the affiliate accepts the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any dispute relating to the affiliate programme will be subject to the courts of England and Wales.
