Our Mix & Match offer is designed to help you save more when stocking up on your favourite Ladybug Lashes products.

There is no need to wait for a sale - simply add qualifying products to your basket and your discount will be applied automatically when you reach the required number of items.

How Much Can I Save?

Mix & Match discounts are applied based on the number of qualifying products in your basket:

• Buy 2 qualifying items – save 12%
• Buy 3 qualifying items – save 15%
• Buy 5 qualifying items – save 20%
• Buy 7 qualifying items – save 22%

You can mix products across the participating Mix & Match collections, so you do not need to purchase multiples of the same product.

The more qualifying products you add, the more you save.

Can I Use My Loyalty Points Too?

Yes. You can use your Ladybug Lashes loyalty points alongside our Mix & Match offer, giving you even more flexibility when stocking up.

Which Products Are Included?

Mix & Match applies to selected Ladybug Lashes products within our participating collections.

Products that are eligible for Mix & Match will be included within the relevant Mix & Match collections on our website.

Which Products Are Excluded?

Some products are not eligible for Mix & Match discounts.

This includes:

• Sale or clearance items, as these have already been reduced
• Retail products or retail bundles where a discount or reduced price has already been applied
• Products supplied by our brand partners, including Eyelash Excellence and The London Brow Company
• Other third-party products that are not part of the Ladybug Lashes range
• Any products specifically marked as excluded from promotions or discounts

These products can still be purchased in the same order, but they will not count towards your Mix & Match quantity and the Mix & Match discount will not be applied to them.

How Is the Discount Applied?

There is no discount code required.

Simply add qualifying Mix & Match products to your basket. Once you reach one of the qualifying quantities, the relevant discount will be applied automatically to the eligible products.

For example, if your basket contains 7 qualifying Mix & Match products plus 2 excluded products, you will receive 22% off the 7 qualifying products. The excluded products will remain at their normal or already-reduced price.

Can Mix & Match Be Used With Other Offers?

Mix & Match is already a promotional discount and may not combine with certain other discount codes or promotions.

Loyalty points can be used alongside Mix & Match unless otherwise stated.

If we are running a separate promotion, the individual offer terms will explain whether it can be combined with Mix & Match.
