Simply add qualifying products to your basket and your saving is applied automatically when you reach the required number of items.

How Much Can I Save?

Your Mix & Match saving increases with the number of qualifying products in your basket:

• Buy 2 qualifying items – save 12%
• Buy 3 qualifying items – save 15%
• Buy 5 qualifying items – save 20%
• Buy 7 qualifying items – save 22%

And because it’s Mix & Match, you do not need to buy multiples of the same thing.

Need lashes, adhesive, bonder and a few tools? Mix qualifying products from across the participating collections and build the restock that works for you.

The more qualifying products you add, the more you save.

Why We Introduced Mix & Match

We used to run more payday-style promotions, but the reality is that many lash artists are self-employed, salon owners or simply do not work around a traditional end-of-month payday.

If you need adhesive on the 10th of the month, waiting until payday does not help much.

So we wanted to give you a way to save when your restock actually happens.

Mix & Match also means you do not have to search our website, your emails or the internet looking for a general Ladybug Lashes discount code before placing an order. The saving is already there.

It also means we can send fewer short-term promotional emails and keep things simpler.

What About the Ladybug Restock?

The Ladybug Restock isn’t going anywhere.

Our end-of-month Ladybug Restock is a separate event and gives us the chance to do something a little different.

Mix & Match simply gives you an ongoing way to save in between, so you are not relying on one particular time of the month to restock.

Can I Use My Loyalty Points Too?

Yes. You can use your Ladybug Lashes loyalty points alongside Mix & Match, giving you even more flexibility when stocking up.

Which Products Are Included?

Mix & Match applies to selected Ladybug Lashes products across our participating collections.

You can mix qualifying products across all four collections to reach your discount tier:

Which Products Are Excluded?

Some products do not qualify for Mix & Match.

This includes:

• Samples – these are already priced as a low-cost way to try a product before committing to the full size
• Sale or clearance products that have already been reduced
• Retail products or retail bundles where a discount or reduced price has already been applied
• Products supplied by our brand partners, including Eyelash Excellence and The London Brow Company
• Other third-party products that are not part of the Ladybug Lashes range
• Products specifically marked as excluded from promotions or discounts

You can still add excluded products to the same order. They simply will not count towards your Mix & Match quantity and will not receive the Mix & Match discount.

How Is the Discount Applied?

You do not need a discount code.

Add your qualifying Mix & Match products to your basket and, once you reach one of the qualifying quantities, the relevant saving is applied automatically to those products.

For example, if your basket contains 7 qualifying Mix & Match products plus 2 excluded products, you will receive 22% off the 7 qualifying products. The excluded items remain at their normal or already-reduced price.

Do Ladybug Lashes Have a Discount Code?

You do not need a general discount code to use Mix & Match.

We introduced Mix & Match as our main ongoing way to save, so rather than searching for a code every time you order, simply add qualifying products to your basket and the appropriate saving will be applied automatically.

We may still run separate promotions from time to time, including our Ladybug Restock, but you do not need to wait for one to save on a qualifying restock.

Can Mix & Match Be Used With Other Offers?

Mix & Match is already a promotional discount, so it may not combine with certain other discount codes or promotions.

Loyalty points can be used alongside Mix & Match unless otherwise stated.

If we are running another promotion, the individual offer terms will explain whether it can be combined with Mix & Match.
